A message dated July 15, 2003, was received stating the Governor is                                 
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14(STA)                                                     
      Urging that the 2006 National Veterans Wheelchair Games be
